AC AND DC SWITCHBOARD AND ELECTRICAL PANEL UPGRADES

• Replaced the Imtech Digicom based controls spread through multiple cabinets with standard Atlas TecPOWER^® controls separated onto panels designed to fit in existing cabinets.
• Utilized existing source and distribution circuit breakers and cabinet work.

• Replaced existing controls and door panels with custom made insert to utilize the existing cabinet built into the vessel.
• This was necessary to preserve some of the existing panel space used for distribution and cut down on the installation time and cost.
• Utilized the existing distribution breakers with new motorized source breakers to give the vessel full seamless power management of on board sources.

• Replace the obsolete switchboard controls with Atlas Control & Meter Panels.
• Utilize the existing circuit breakers and distribution.
• Add automation and power management.
• Integrate a remote display into the bridge console.

• All refit work was submitted to Lloyds for classification approval.

• Integrated the existing Woodward EasyGen control system into the standard Atlas TecPOWER controls.
• Remote-mounted touchscreen display in the engineering control room console.

Replacement of manual controls giving the vessel the ability to seamless transfer between marine power supply sources. Modified the existing door to persevere the look of the switchboard and allow it to match up with the distribution panel door. Modified control design to incorporate existing motorized circuit breakers to retain the common parts used on board.
